These are the committees defined within Highland Swimming Club. Click the view members link or the committee name to see a list of committee members. Board of Trustees
Work with the Treasurer and Book Keeper to help manage pool finances. Includes building budgets for long term projects, collection of past due amounts, recommendation of rates for dues, and special charges.
Marketing and Membership
Promote, market and recruit new members.
Pool Operations
Responsible for the general pool operations, minor repairs, open & closing of the pool, overseeing any major repairs, improvements to the pool and the functional equipment directly related to the pool itself.
Rules and Regulations
Evolve the rules and regulations of the pool as time and circumstances change. The committee will assist with the drafting of new rules and bylaws that the board and / or the membership will be able to approve.
Help plan and manage Highland social events. Includes “Friday Nights”, Family Parties, Winter and Spring social events, and pool time activies such as float day and arts & crafts.
